Online learning tools

Some time ago I attended a conference on education and technology. In it were released several free online learning tools  some of which already were known to me. The initial two conferences focused on the "eLearning." The first was to present and future of eLearning. 
The lecturer, Ramiro Aponte, split the web development stage (Web 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0). Also development eLearnig divided into four stages:
eLearning 0.0 - Static content (Web, email, forums)
eLearning 1.0 - LMS (Learning Management Systems), authoring software (Captivate, Authorware, Toolbook ...)
eLearning 2.0 - Wikis, Blogs, social networks, personal websites, RSS ...
eLearning 3.0 - Virtual worlds, augmented reality

The second conference was "How to achieve a high quality of eLearning at a reasonable cost"n. This model was discussed distance education (virtual campus web course structure). This conference touched repeatedly PBL strategy. One of the benefits of this conference was the large number of links offered by the speaker to educational content sites that offer free or open source as well as examples of educational sites
 In the first concurrent session I attended a conference called "Online learning tools" where ZOHO tools were presented. These tools are similar to those offered by Google. ZOHO services are free up to 15GB.
Finally I attended a conference on Internet Security where several vulnerable areas on the Internet were discussed. There was: cybercrime, security issues and recommendations.
Motivated by the experience at this conference I gave myself the task of exploring some of the links offered there. The experience was like opening a Pandora's box. Visiting each site or service led me to another and another and another ...
Coinciding with this experience, I received several deliveries of some educational newsletters. Interestingly include remedies similar to those mentioned above. So I decided that this would be the best way to share with you all. Soon I will be including some articles related to this issue.
